Work environment management for managers and safety representatives
Work environmental management for managers and safety representatives
2 Days
Are you a manager working in Sweden who originally comes from another country? This course equips you with the knowledge you need to meet your responsibility for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment at your workplace.
Work Environment for Managers offers a clear introduction to Swedish work environment laws and regulations, the Swedish Model, systematic work environment management, and the organisational and social work environment. The course also covers the conditions managers work under and how these affect their ability to carry out effective work environment tasks. Practical exercises are included to help you apply what you learn in real situations.
